The Montana Suzuki Strings institute provides an opportunity for students, parents and teachers to study the philosophy and teachings of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki. Students of all ages receive lessons, individually and in groups, which provide motivation and reinforcement for their study at home. Parents are able to share ideas and learn new skills for working with their children. Recitals by both faculty and students provide the opportunity to hear artist level performances. Teachers can enhance their skills through observation of master teachers. Every Child Can® offers the chance for parents and prospective teachers to enhance their understanding of Suzuki’s philosophy and teachings. Short-term teacher workshop courses are offered for those who want to begin or continue training in Suzuki method philosophy and pedagogy. These courses conform to the guidelines of the SAA.
